Holy cow, that bar for 64% of fastball strike % is significantly lower than the bar that was 66%... dramatic much?

I teach probability and statistics, and ic an tell you that over the course of a season 2% won't mean much...it's not a significant difference.

Tillman has looked good so far IMO. Pitch calling has been eh.

Well, to his defense, he DID smash into a wall last night, and I know he was looking for the wall during this catch..."heard footsteps" of the wall...heh caught it...moving on.

Interesting... Pitch FX has Tillman throwing a slider 5% of the time so far in '13. Palmer relays Tillman's comments that he does not throw a slider.

Man, in today's world, that has to be one of the most difficult jobs out there.

Why?  My kids are kinda tough and it's more an elective, but i keep it current and based on sports and pop culture as much as possible...they learn SOMETHING I think.
