Do we see an OL change. Knowing hardheaded Harbaugh probably not, but it would help.
On BSL's Tom Peace podcast, Aaron Wilson said that the Ravens are definitely talking about it and considering it, but didn't give an indication as to the odds of it actually happening. I hope it does, but I tend to doubt it.

If the Ravens win today and/or next Sunday, they win the North and will likely be the #4 seed. If they lose both games, we'll be a wild card and the #6 seed.

Doesn't really change things from the Ravens perspective. Now the Bengals are playing for a home game next week instead of a playoff spot, but you'd get their A game either way. This game just got bigger for the Ravens with the Bengals win.

It makes winning today more important though since if they don't win, next week will be for the division.

If they lost today next week would be for the division no matter what happened with the Bengals / Steelers. Nothing has changed. It makes winning today more important though since if they don't win, next week will be for the division.
The 1pm games were irrelevant to the Ravens. Win today and you clinch the division. Lose and you've gotta beat the Bengals next week to clinch the division.
The only minor difference is that now the Bengals will already be assured of a playoff spot and will be playing for the division title and a home game. If they had lost, they would be playing to keep their playoff hopes alive (would have needed to win AND a Steelers loss to make the playoffs).

Wouldn't the Ravens have clinched the division with a Bengals loss?

Nope. They gotta win a game.Wouldn't the Ravens have clinched the division with a Bengals loss?
The only way the Ravens lose out and still win the division would have been if the Steelers beat Cincinnati and then lost to Cleveland.

Alright, well nevermind then.
