It's been a very long time since I felt this much better about the starting rotation than the bullpen. And now we're gonna have a 6-man rotation? Yeah, I think Hyde needs to hurt someone's feelings and tell him he needs to take one for the team and head to the pen.

Irvin is the only one who'd go to the BP and he isn't likely to be the shutdown reliever we need.
The numbers, at least this season, suggest Kremer might be the better candidate. He's not a silver bullet for the BP, but it's a start. I just don't see the point of a 6-man rotation.
