You have a fourth outfielder for a reason. Hays could play center and Cowser in left.

Hays cannot play center, IMO. Cowser maybe, but Hays couldn't do it well enough even a few years ago and he hasn't gotten faster.

Hays and Cowser likely both make the diving catch Mateo muffed because they know how to run in the OF, though perhaps Mateo does as well. Just trying to figure a reason why he missed an absolutely catchable ball.

I'm just trying to figure out why the team is still trying to force feed him a role when he clearly can't contribute to a team of this level. There's no one on the 40-man roster he should be getting playing time over.

Hays starting over Cowser is just inexcusable. Regardless of the matchups, how can Hyde possibly watch each of them the last few days and think that is a good decision.

So, I'm only able to watch the Gamecast because I'm still at work, but are all these steals on the pitching staff for not holding runners, or is Adley just not nearly as good defensively as I thought he was?

ICYMI: Palmer intimated that Burnes was tipping his pitches on that extra base hit.

And if it is a go it better not be one of those start-stop-start-stop kind of games. Last thing I want to see is for Burnes to only get 2 or 3 innings tonight.

The Kemp signing didn't make sense to me
