I understand why yall would jump on Slide because he's kind of doom and gloom all the time but I really dont think it's cause to gloat when he predicted 40 would be needed, and we "only" need 35. This defense couldn't stop a paper bag.

Lamar's kneel down on the final play left the Ravens with 99 yards rushing and ended their streak of 42 straight games with 100 yards rushing. That's 1 game shy of the NFL record.

Isn't that record shared by the Ravens and Steelers already?  That was the one that Harbaugh had Lamar run a play to get it with 11 seconds left instead of kneeling down against Denver and their coach went ballistic.  I sided with him on that.  It was classless.  I'm sure when Harbaugh found out about it later he was not happy.  Meaningless stats are important to him.

As far as subtracting a yard from the rushing total on a kneel down, that is BS.  I remember quite a few super bowls ago a friend of mine had a prop on a QBs rushing yards over.  I can't remember who it was, but the number was low.  Like one scramble would get it.  The one scramble did get it by a couple of yards.  Then later his team won and he took two knees to finish 1/2 yard under the prop bet.  One of the worst beats I ever saw.

I've been bitching about a kneel down being considered a rush for years.  Just ridiculous and an easy change but I guess they look at it like it wouldn't be fair to all the quarterbacks/rushing attacks that had been playing under that rule for decades.

Lamar has matched his passing TD total from last year. 24 TD through 10 games.

To be fair with Tucker, he's had "bad" years before. He was 85.3 and 82.5 in his 3rd and 4th season. Then he had a very good stretch until 2022. He's was 86 and 86.5 in 22 and 23. This is his first real bad year under 80, though.

Saw a report today that the Ravens offered a 3rd for Lattimore. Also said a deal fell through late for a Calais Campbell reunion.

Some of us have been speculating that the operation may not be clean. Interesting take here

I'm sure they know this in detail if something is off with the snap or hold. We finally get an out of the world offense and now we're dealing with deficiencies that have come out of nowhere. Insane.

Rapoport said tests were as positive as could be hoped. So hopefully won’t miss much time.

With the extra rest and the fact that he appears to be a quick healer I bet he plays against the Steelers.

I think they know it but Stout is inconsistent with the holds. This is not to let Tuck off the hook either. But it makes sense. Hes missing left consistently. The ball has funny movement on it. Just something the Joe fan never thinks of that it goes beyond Tuck. Found it really interesting

Should they kick the tires on Terrell Edmunds?

It is interesting.

However,Tucker just hasn't been very good this season.

The Ravens are paying a guy a lot of money who is becoming less trustworthy week to week.

Tucker's contract may be a cautionary tale for teams to ponder in the future.

Perhaps with the analytics having teams going for it on fourth down in the opposition's territory has deemphasized the kicking game a bit in the NFL?

Outside of Hamilton, I don't know how he could be any worse than what they've been parading out there.

All I could see there for a while was Ferrell Edmunds. :)

Washington has been very solid. Maybe more of a slot guy than a true safety, though. Definitely can't be worse than the Williams/Jackson combo.

Find it interesting that all of his misses have been to the left, but this video seems like it's splitting hairs to me.   Are a couple of inches really going to result in so many misses?  Whatever the reason for the slump, I don't think we are going to find a better kicker out on the street and quite frankly even though he's shaky I would still rather have him than some random pickup.  For me the earliest I would look to make a change is the start of next season.

Now someone please bookmark this post to show me when I'm furious at him for missing a kick that would send us to the Super Bowl...

Bears just fired their OC who was in his first season with the team.  Still would be surprised if the Ravens decide they need a similar decision with Orr, but as more teams make moves perhaps it becomes a little more likely.  Hopefully the defense gets their act together and makes the discussion moot, that'd be the best case outcome.

Eberflus is looking like he'll get fired so he has to do something, and their 1st overall pick is being called a bust after putting up under 135 passing yards in 5 of 9 games so they are desperate to salvage something there. I don't think they tell us anything about the Ravens, Harbaugh is loyal to a fault.

Their offensive line is garbage.
