That was one to drop earlier this week to warn all potential bettors . Though I guess its possible they lost but covered. Locksley is horrible. Every bit as bad as Edsall, if not worse. Cant believe some still defend him and his program. The program is capped no matter who coaches. If they ever find a true stud he will be poached relatively quickly. Despite knowing that, Locksley aint it and I believe everyone has known that from the start.

And maybe the only program less relevant than Maryland is Kansas, and they just beat #7 Oklahoma.

James Madison is also a ranked program in only their second year in FBS. Only a matter of time until they start challenging Maryland for DMV recruits.

Actually it's still better than that. Maybe they have enough cash to buy out Locksley and get someone better, getting close to that point I would imagine since it's been several years. I'd be surprised if they make a change and even more surprised if the change actually makes a difference.

Locksley signed a contract extension in April taking him through the 2027 season. His buyout is estimated at about $17 million right now, so yeah he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.

Maryland football is nothing if not consistent, whenever it looks like they may be getting better, they quickly remind us they are not.

We'll that L was a bit deflating, at least it wasn't at home, right, they did that 2 weeks ago.  These are the games Locks has to start consistently winning in order to prove he's ready to compete for championships.  O play calling has been questionable, and self-inflicted errors have cost them wins.  The D yesterday was pretty shoddy overall.  

The Terps really need to play their best next week, we'll see, but I can def understand the pessimism..

Their lack of ability to play defense always rears its head. And makes it virtually impossible to sustain success for the team, or optimism for the fans. I don't think Locksley has it in him to scheme well enough to beat top tier teams, maybe ever. Sure feels that way at least...
