One at a time, that is a phrase but it has to be the approach, I really believe that if the Orioles can win tonight, the pressure starts to shift toward the Rangers. Let;s win tonight and see if we can shock the world.

One would think that what you're saying is how any major league club would operate. However, I see a lineup like tonight's, in a must win, season on the line, game and it appears we're putting our worst foot forward. It just doesn't add up.
Really the only changes you could think about would be to stay with Mateo which I'd be fine with but not a big deal to me.
And Kjerstad over Mountcastle. Mounty has ok numbers off Eovaldi and not sure starting Kjerstad is really good anyway.

If Kremer and company allow a walk/inning we lose. But I think Kremer is pitching with very little pressure. Everybody expects us to lose. Just throw strikes and let the defense do its job. No reason to try and be cute. Just go pitch.

It's easy...don't walk 11 batters and you got a chance...was there Sunday...talk about uber-frustrating!!!!

I'm really torn on starting Mateo. He not only went 4-4 on Sunday, he hit some rockets. (Trivia: Mateo's the first oriole with 4 hits in a postseason game since another renowned slugger, Kiko Garcia, did it in Game 3 of the 79 Series.) He's also sucked the majority of the year.
FWIW, Gunner OPSed .711 when starting at third and .827 when starting at short, if I'm reading BBref correctly. Maybe he should DH; he was 1.335 when doing that (albeit a 49 PA sample).
EDIT: One thing is, I bet the Rangers don't have anyone as cool as Joan Jett singing the national anthem, or Adam Jones throwing out the first pitch.

Yeah, no comparison. First ball will probably be thrown out by Josh Hamilton. Or for real S 'n Grins, Rougned Odor
