Why do runners slide into home on a force play? Seems like you should run through the base like you do at 1B.

If he were a mistake hitter he would've let that go by. Gunnar's problem tends to be when he tries to do too much.
Case in point: on that 2-0 pitch, you should be a mistake hitter. Sit dead red, or crush a hanging slider. That was a slider with movement off the plate, which means he should've let it go.

Tampa pulled Glasnow after 5 innings and only 70 pitches. Guessing they are looking to use him Sunday if it means anything.

More likely they want him as fresh as possible for Tuesday. Thats their likely Gm1 WCstarter
