Couldn't agree more with this. I just don't like having them play different positions every night. Give them a position and let them make it their own. Henderson has already showed signs of becoming a solid defensive third baseman. And to me, Mateo is more or less the modern day version of Mark Belanger. He probably won't hit much higher than .220-.230 but you keep him in the line-up for his glove and speed on the bases when he does get on. Long term, it's the best way to go in my opinion.
I think Mateo makes sense at least for the rest of the year. I suspect we will get one more hot streak but basically what we see is what we are going to get, for the most part.
