They're way past the time for guys being short of a full year of service.
Super-2 status is more nebulous, but historically you're usually safe promoting with about 110 days left in the season, which is mid-June.

If Henderson is still engaged and not struggling mentally you stay with him. Stowers has to go. He brings zero. Nothing.Can't really bench Henderson. Either gotta send him down or try to let him play our of it.
Stowers isn't viewed as much by the team or FO, though.
