I thought it was here but maybe it was somewhere else. Word was Harris Smith looks like a legit diaper dandy
Never really thought about it until now but diaper dandy is a hilarious and ridiculous phrase.

I like this new one above.
It's closer to the retro one they've used a few times the last few years I've really liked.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Are they doing away with the B1G-ACC challenge? I always enjoyed those games.

Yes, last year was the last year.

Not sure how, or if, they'll come up with anything to replace the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. Expanding the Gavitt Games to include all 11 Big East teams each year would seem easy, since Fox is the main network for both conferences. But even then, with expansion coming next year you still have 7 Big Ten teams that'd be left out.

That sucks, I kept waiting for the Terps to play Duke. I am not sure I can live another 25 years though.

KenPom ranks them #22 to start the year, fifth in the Big Ten behind Purdue, Michigan State, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

Maryland with only 6 ranked opponents on their schedule as of now. Things will obviously change a lot as the year goes on. I’m ready for some college hoops. Football has just not been fun this year all around.
KenPom has every Big Ten team except Penn State and Minnesota in the Top 60, so conference play will definitely be a dog fight as usual.

It was interesting hearing Willard say he felt like they couldnt play like a B10 team last year but feels they can this year. Dont know how to feel about that. B10 basketball often isnt pleasing to watch.
I think it comes down more to matching other teams' size than changing their own style of play. He talked specifically about how Geronimo gives them more of an ability to do that. Also said Reese would be playing more PF this year.
I'd assume this has to mean he's expecting one of Swanton-Rodger, Traore, or Pierce to play fairly significant minutes at center.

Swanton-Rodgers had some nice moments last year. Hopefully he worked hard during the off season on his footwork and strength. Pierce and Traore are unknowns. It would be nice if they can contribute.
