You wanted to trade him for one. His defense and speed is underrated. Gunnar is not the defender he is at SS. Neither is Westburg.
I think it's fairly rated, we all realize he is great at those things. The question is always if he can hit enough. If he's like a 70 OPS+ it won't be enough, if he's 80-100 it may be fine.

Don’t wanna get on Mullins but that’s a catchable ball. Obviously not the easiest play on Earth but…

I need him to run down everything in the air. Everything. Because he has no arm. Its a liability. Cant be missing these balls at the wall that are catchable

Might move to LF sooner rather than later with Cowser, Fabian, Haskin on the come up.

I think players can get in fielding slumps too. Hopefully he gets out of it soon.

They play day games so it's not a good excuse, but definitely can be tougher to track a ball during mid-afternoon than under the lights. Both the misplays seemed like he didn't see it well. The one today he had plenty of time and was timing his leap, seemed to just jump to the wrong spot. Weird.

But i will say sometimes in a 3 ball count you just take a borderline pitch and make the ump punch you out. Especially when you are lost at the plate
