Didn't he run a 4.5 ? He's surprisingly athletic. Still, Oweh had him dead to rights. That's a punt if he makes the play. Instead the RB he released to go after Burrow had a huge catch and run.

Also that's as bad of a coffin corner punt as you'll ever see. Don't recall the last time I saw an NFL punter land one halfway into the end zone from that close.
