They're going to contend in '23, and there is 0.0% chance of them moving.
I agree with the second part 100%. I am trying real hard to believe the first part.

I think its less than 50% theyll be a contender in '23. And Im talking about an 85 win team that could be a WC.

Yup. Pretty much the only chance would be if Rodriguez and Hall would both develop into TOR pitchers.

In that '12-'16 run, did we have two TOR pitchers? Lots of ways to build a team. Do agree they'll need to be productive, but they won't need to be Aces in '23 imo.

I think there are a number of guys that can push the needle, but some of them have to be pitchers.
If the prospects don't start contributing in significant ways by late next year, we have problems.
If they are still this bad in 23, it will be time to adjust the spin rate, set the launch angle and check Elias's exit velocity.
