Headed to Dallas in a little over a week to see the Rangers' new park against the O's.
Will be fully vaccinated and pretty fired up about it.

Wanted to do Siesta Key/Sarasota in March -- I have it booked (refundable) and don't see myself going.
Wanted to do Dallas in April for the O's game at the Rangers' new ballpark. I give this a 50/50 shot.
Want to do Vegas and Chicago this fall for Ravens road games. I think both of these will happen.
Still planning to do both Ravens' road games.
Really want to get back to Wrigley too. They play the Cards at home on a weekend series in July -- seems like a solid time to go.

If you have a chance, try to eat at Pecan Lodge in Deep Ellum - great BBQ.

We are going to try to do everything we canceled last year.
Mrytle Beach - Memorial Day
Deep Creek Lake for the 4th
Cruise in October
Siesta Key in December.
The cruise is still a huge question mark.

We did OBX last year and will do it again this year.
Even if COVID flares back up, being on the beach, with your own beach and pool, its just a matter of moving your bubble for 1 week.

I was bullish on cruises before COVID and I’m even more bullish now. It’s just not my scene. Get me on the beach for the whole week. Not just 4-5 hours a day.

Leaving the Outer Banks tomorrow morning. Vacationing while vaccinated is quite the feeling.

Lol you act like it’s on the other side of the planet.
No I just never have taken the opportunity. There's never a combo of "I wanna go to Deep Creek and I realize I haven't gone" and "I have the time to go on vacation."
I'm sure it'll happen this year.

Little over 2 weeks from our big trip to Disney and Universal

Took a quick little getaway with my son last week for an end of school year trip to Cleveland. Caught the Wednesday night and Thursday afternoon O's games. Our first time outside of Memorial/Camden Yards. Had a great time. Explored some of the touristy areas of downtown Cleveland on Thursday morning. Saw like 10 people the whole time. Apparently no one actually works in Cleveland anymore.
Anyway, it was a great if short little trip with my boy.

Were you able to hit up the Rock & Roll HOF there?

We saw it but didn't have a chance to go in. It didn't open until 10:00 and the game was at 1, we just didn't think it would worthwhile for a few hours. We were there right around 10:00 and literally no one was there.
