They're not going 16-0. And honestly while Im not rooting for it to happen it's probably a good thing that they play tighter games.
Feel like an early season let down always happens to this team. Maybe not this week. But maybe they give us a scare. 30-27 Ravens.

Anyone know whether the Texans are letting in fans?

No fans.
Thanks...That negates any home field advantage other than the travel.

It not structural at all. The pain Stanley is facing is muscular, maybe some bone bruise from being rolled up on that play. Its a pain tolerance, but he has been getting extra treatment and so doing so yesterday during practice.
It's not like he needs the installment and this dude is wicked smart, so he can pick it up in film sessions with ease.

That is good to hear. Whenever I hear hip, my mind goes to Dennis Pitta.

I'm really intrigued to see if Justice Hill is active this week.

If the Texans have issues with tackling in open space as week 1, he is someone that you want to get the ball into his hands a few times. But same can be said with a few players in the mix for the limited touches.

I thought the Texans struggled strategially more than tackling. They just had small boxes and KC chose to run. CEH looked good but 6 blocks on 6 guys in the box helps a lot. Whe he got down in the red zone and the reads weren't so simple, he struggled much more.
The Texans seemed to be determined to not let Mahomes beat them deep after the early TD that was overturned. And KC just ran and ran and ran on them. It will be interesting to see if they follow the same path or do something more like what Cleveland did last week.

Same. I still remember that play where he re-aggravated his hip without being touched.

Are there any running plays that Hill executes better than Dobbins? Dobbins has noticeably more wiggle and power. He doesn't seem much slower than Hill either. Looked fast to the edge on his first TD run vs Cleveland

If the Ravens play a clean game, I can't see the Texans being able to keep up. Predicting big games on defense for Elliott and Queen. Texans will have to pick their poison vs our offense

Yeah, I thought it was pretty clear the Texans were playing over the top to keep Hill and co. from running by them for big plays, so KC was content to pound it with CEH and hit the underneath stuff.
I can't imagine they'll come out with that same game plan tomorrow, but I'd love to see it. I think Lamar has given them a lot to consider though, with how good he looked throwing deep last week. Houston's defense seems like it could be a big problem for them all year.
This feels like one of those games where the only thing that keeps it close is if Watson puts the team on his back and plays hero ball, which he's certainly talented enough to do.
