It would be shocking if this is true!Zion has been asked to admit that he received gifts and money from Duke, Nike and Adidas. This could get interesting.

Whether Coach K or anyone with Duke knows about it or not is anyone’s guess...I would assume they do (just as I assume it for every college) but this also goes back to the idea that these kids should be able to make money off the likeness while in school.

I am not a fan of K or Duke, but for him to be blatantly cheating at this stage of his career would be shocking. The man has had a conference and the media kissing his ass for decades. Hard to see him risk that nearing the end of his career.Zion has been asked to admit that he received gifts and money from Duke, Nike and Adidas. This could get interesting.

Legend. made some mistakes along the way, but I've always heard guys like Rex Chapman and Doug Gottlieb talk glowingly about playing for him.
RIP.

Cade could've come to Carolina, but Oklahoma State hired his brother as an assistant coach last year for just this reason.

Wow, good for him. Seems like a tremendous young man. Great for Howard, too.https://www.espn.com...its-howard-ucla
This is one hell of an interesting story..to me at least.

But is this something we will see?
Yes, sometimes kids get questioned when they play lesser competition but the elite guys will still go high (see Morant).
But even bigger than this, will there be a movement to go to the historical black colleges? It makes a lot of sense, especially in today’s climate, that this could become more of a thing.

I think that'd be really cool.
Yea me too.
It’s actually kind of strange when you think about it that those schools aren’t better.
I mean, I get that they don’t have the money and stuff but it would come if those schools starting contending on a big time level.
Anyway, just an interesting story to me.
In general, I would like to see more of the big time recruits go to smaller schools.
