Goretti came out strong and ran over SFA tonight, Bishop Walsh also had a strong start before MSJ came back and the game went back and forth until BW pulled away in the 4th to win 78-71. First time seeing Bishop for MSJ, so smooth and efficient, makes it look effortless. Had 39 last night and 38 tonight. LSU is getting a great offensive player.

BREAKING: NEW CHAMPIONSHIP DAY SCHEDULE FOR @ACIT2019!

3:00 St John's vs Mt St Joe
4:45 Gonzaga vs St Frances
6:30 BW vs Goretti
8:00 DeMatha vs PVI

Guess they decided it was best for the non championship teams not to face off for the 5th time this year as that's what it would have been for SJC vs Gonzaga and would have been matchup 4 for MSJ vs SFA

I thought SFA won the BCL not Goretti? Your assertion that Blakeney is a better player than Bishop because he supposedly outplayed him head to head is ridiculous. Basketball is a team game and I doubt the two players guarded each other every minute of the games between them this season. Blakeney is talented but Bishop showed how good he is by having one of the best offensive outputs in ACIT history.

Why is Dunbar looking for a new Basketball Coach?

I heard from a Dunbar supporter that Dunbar’s mediocre play this season, their inability to keep their best players and the lack of top-level talent coming into the school was the last nail in the coffin for Jones. Who knows, maybe Jones just got tired of coaching and preferred to concentrate on his job at DJS. I wonder if Smiley Lee will come back and take over the reins on Orleans Street?

I'm not denigrating Bishop. He is a very talented player. Blakeney led his team to victory in the ACIT. I think victories are more important than 40 point performances
