Mark seemed to be having a somewhat lengthy conversation with the umpire at 2nd base today. Would love to have heard that dialogue.

It was the guy behind the plate today that tossed Mark and Buck, right?
And if they stare, just let them burn their eyes on you grooving.

That was the home plate guy who changed the call... right?
I wonder if he admitted he was wrong...

More than likely and it is interesting that the 2nd base umpire, Vic Carapazza that tossed Mark Reynolds. his father-in-law is Rich Garcia! :!:

Yes the same Rich Garcia that screwed up on the Derek Jeter/Jeffrey Maier play.

Mark is right I was referring to the Maier game. Didn't know that about Carapazza being related to Garcia, that's crazy!

Highly doubtful. Best guess is that Reynolds was probably trying to smooth things over.

Friday night was a terribly umpired game.
