So the NBA is offering something new this season in its League Pass package. For an extra $50 you can get the in-arena feed instead of commercials during game breaks. Not sure "Kiss-Cam," T-shirt launchers and watching Joe Blow swill beer and stuff his face with nachos is worth that.

Ridiculous that only one EC team can put together a squad that can push Cle for the Conference title. While youve got at least 3 WC teams that can push GS. Houston, OKC, and SA. Just put one of those 3 in the EC so I dont have to see that crybaby in the Finals again.

That's just weird.
I'll stick with the basic League Pass myself.

Both of these things suck

The healthy player fine is not enforceable.
The lotto reform is great.

Doesn't seem like the lottery reform goes far enough to have much effect on tanking.

The lotto reforn is helpful. It's not that big of a deal, but I like it.

When was the last time the East was better than the West? It's gotta be ages ago.

If you are talking the conference as a whole, probably latter half of 80's. Celtics and Pistons duked it out for conference supremacy, but you had very good teams in Cleveland (Ron Harper, Mark Price, Brad Daugherty), Atlanta (Dominique, Kevin Willis), Jordan and the Bulls were up-and-coming....even the Knicks and Sixers usually had decent teams with Ewing and Chuck.
That span was pretty much dominated by the Lakers in the West. Houston and Portland broke through once each, and Dallas (Aguirre, Tarpley) usually was a tough out in the playoffs, but not much else that I can recall.
