Of course LeBron gets another huge break. Hayward is out for who knows how long. The majority of his Eastern Conference titles aren't valid. Let alone most of his NBA titles. The people who complain about Brady getting a walk to a bye and homefield advantage via the AFC East every year should be pointing out the easier situation LeBron gets in the Eastern Conference every year

Deadspin posted the video, if you want to watch him break his leg.  It's pretty gross.

Sucks for everyone. Definitely makes the East far less interesting.

I saw on Twitter that his type of ankle fracture should keep him out for most, if not all of the season.

If you have the volume up you can hear the snap. It sounds as bad as it looks. Brutal.

Yea, he’s likely done this year. Maybe he gets back in May or June but wouldn’t count on it.

The look on the Cavs bench told you everything.

Could be a career changer. LeBron has some kind of voodoo doll. Catches every break imaginable.

I'm guessing Al Horford and Jae Crowder didn't like each other much while in Boston.

Also, I like that I'll see more of Dwyane Wade this year. Truly a legend and still fun to watch.

If LeBron were so lucky, he wouldn't have to overcome arguably the greatest team ever to win another ring.

But yes, this makes the path to the finals easier.

The Warriors aren't the Warriors after having to go through a tough Conference Final and possibly a tough Semi Final. The Cavs on the other hand get to coast all the way to the Finals. Such a big advantage.

LeBron has 1 legit title despite having the easiest path to the Finals for 8 straight years. Jordan would have made like 15 straight if the EC was this weak in the mid to late 80s. Probably loses to those Lakers teams most years but with a Conference that easy and no retirement he might have 10 rings.

Yeah, the Warriors really struggled to get to the Finals last year.

Yeah, the Warriors really struggled to get to the Finals last year.

Which is why they handled the Cavs easily. Finally caught a break. Wasn't the case the 2 years previous and won't be the case this year

I mean this is ridiculous. There is again literally no threat to the Cavs. No one to even push them. LeBron won't go out West next year. He'll keep claiming weak ass Eastern Conference titles and acting like that's some acomplishment.

Ha, the Warriors finally caught a break?

They handled them because they added an all-time great in his prime to a team that won 73 games the year prior.

Yea, that’s who I’m blaming..not the over the top, ridiculous poster who already won’t shut up about things.

My best friend's brother broke his ankle about two weeks ago in a way that might be similar to what happened to Hayward. Required surgery, screws, the whole works. He can't be on his feet for two months, and it'll be about 6 months until he'll be walking again....and he's obviously not a pro athlete who has to regain his conditioning, strength, etc. I'll be very surprised if Hayward is back, even for the playoffs. Terrible thing.
