Chris Davis' "patience" at the plate.

I got a custom jersey because being in my 30's it felt weird wearing some kids name on my back. Should I have just gone blank on the back? How do others feel about that?

Yeah, I stopped wearing jerseys with names on them when most of the players were younger than me.  I agree - it just felt weird.

I don't really have a problem with jerseys in general, it's just not for me.

I rarely go jersey, but if I do I have a blank one that I wear.

I asked because wearing a custom also felt douchey.

Getting into a hot car...I always open the door and let the hot air escape for bit.  If I'm driving, I turn the ignition on and lower windows before getting in

People who tell you the difference between "they're, their and there" as if they were just named valedictorian at Harvard.

*note, this is different than simply correcting someone who uses it wrong..somehow.

Any parent will rep the greatness of breakfast for dinner. My kids can be picky with their meals, but I know if I make some pancakes or French toast and some sausage/bacon they will all eat it.

However, Lovett or Leave It is an excellent name for a podcast. :-P

I hate when people say 'at the end of the day' or 'it is what it is'. Fuck off and think before you speak.

Wife and I will go to the movies a few times during the year...  we are typically the first in the theater.
No matter where we sit... someone will come and sit right next to us. Same principal.  Fine if the movie was sold out... weird when there is plenty of empty room.

I can't stand lateness.  Just, can't stand it at all.

I hate you if you are always late

Some people just don't value your time.  They aren't concerned inconveniencing you, or how it appears.   World only revolves around them.

People who can't adjust their personality to fit the social setting.

You are who you are, but should be cognizant of the situation you are in... and make some adjustments accordingly.

Ex) You are someone that generally dislikes people, but find yourself in a networking situation...  suck it up, smile and nod. Make the room. Shake hands, look people in the face, listen. Don't stare at your watch, or play with your phone. Or sit in a corner unwilling to engage.

Complaining about things that can’t be helped by that specific person. (Like if you’re in a long line at the supermarket, and you blame the cashier. Or if your food shows up late, and you blame the server.) It’s not their fault.

People that can’t do simple math.

Flakers.

Chick-Fil-A workers BEING SO NICE ALL OF THE TIME

The city of Boston. In general.
