2.08 ERA over 8.2 innings with 20 strikeouts and only 4 walks since coming back from his weight training and transitioning to the bullpen.

I like the Ks and the K/BB ratio. But dang thats still too many walks for me. But at this point we probably need him.

It’s 2 walks and 15 strikeouts over 6.2 innings if you take away his FCL appearances.

Hall is a power arm.  The walks are probably always going to be a factor, but the Orioles need him now, IMO.

LOL that's a 20.25 K/9. If half of that translates to the big leagues, he'll be a solid contributor.

Starting to allow myself to get excited about the possibility of Hall being a big contributor. Again, can’t expect it though.

I’m anxious to see what he can do.  This probably means Felix is heading to the IL.  I don’t expect the Orioles to feel sorry for themselves, but to get creative and find a way.

Hall is coming, and I saw Wells closed in Norfolk last night, so I am sure he will be up early this week.

Do what you have done all year Orioles, find a way.

Looks good last night. 10 pitches, 7 strikes. High 90s. Could be a nugget down the stretch and into the postseason.

I liked the way he attacked last night.  

 

I think Cano will be okay in the closer role. the Orioles need to find a replacement for the 8th inning.  Hall could grow into that role.

Yea, I think that is right.  Probably at times, Webb too.

This is probably the best approach even when everyone is healthy. Hate the strict adherence to roles, it’s obnoxious in this day and age IMO.

Interesting that it was Hall’s idea to go to Sarasota and try to get his velocity back and not the team. So far so good.
