No way I'm picking Turg over Mack with a week to prepare. Terps fall in round one gents.

Its a complete toss up.  Xavier played well in the Big East tourney but basically looked like shit heading into that.

 

Trimble should be the best player on the court.

I really don 't have a good feeling about today's game.  I think Xavier's size will present a problem.  The Terps will need to shoot well from the outside to win.  Hopefully the fact that they have played 1 game in 12 days, freshens up the legs.

I saw a blurb that was down on Xavier for having lost 6 in a row in February and going 3-7 in last 10 games.

Yet MD is 4-6 in last 10 games.

Evenly matched teams IMO. Xavier 39 Kenpom, MD 43.

RPI, MD 32, Xavier T-36

As down as we are on MD, Xavier is as down on their squad, or should be, headed into the game.

Going to be a nail biter either way.
