I still haven’t read Yumi thanks to my previous message.

Yumi was my favorite of the first 3. Haven't started the 4th yet.

All the secret projects have been fun.  Not sure where I would rank them just yet.   About 1/4 through Sunlit Man, this one is definitely relevant to the Cosmere...

Been taking my time with Sunlit Man (interesting main character), but I must've hit the Sanderlanche because I got through a big chunk last night.  Having said that this is probably 3rd or 4th  in enjoyment of the 4 SP's.  Don't take that as me not liking this story just how I feel about it at the moment.  The cosmere connections of this one are certainly more relevant in this story.  I did make the mistake of flipping through to see some of the cool art in this one and did spoil something for myself, whoops.

The Sanderlanche was great, as were the greater connections to the Cosmere but I still think I put this behind Tress and Yumi

Two Stephen King books to go to complete his collection, Under the Dome and Holly. Been a fun journey. Glad I did it but also glad to be at the finish line so I can get back to reading a little bit of everything.

Starting the Malazan Book of the Fallen series now. Will read those on an ereader while listening to other things on audiobook.

I have started The Stormlight Archive.  Pleasantly surprised to find out it's the same narrating team that did the Wheel of Time audiobooks.

Yeah wow, wasn’t expecting to love that as much as I did. Didn’t hook me immediately but liked it more and more as it went on.

While it was interesting, I didn't enjoy the 3rd Mistborn that much.  I thought the first was great.

I am loving The Way of Kings so far.  All the major POV characters are fantastic.  Really vibing with Dalinar.

I was a big fan of Yumi.   My only nitpick was the ending.  After teasing out how it may go only to pivot to what we got.

I know we've discussed SA rankings.  I haven't done a whole list yet though.

Words of Radiance is Still my #1

I'm not much of a fan of Elantris and would move that further down on my list, but having said that I really enjoyed "The Emperor's Soul"

Warbreaker might be a little higher for me as well.  Generally agree with Mistborn Era 1 > Mistborn Era 2 (more epic to me)  but I am a big fan of The Lost Metal and might have that higher on my list.

Anyone else read this series? Heard about how challenging it is but if you get past the first book it’s possibly the best/most epic fantasy series out there.

I’m 3/4’s of the way through the first book and already loving it. Not as challenging as I was imagining. You get plopped into things already moving and have to play catch up to understand what’s happening but I was into the characters enough that it wasn’t an issue. Would recommend if anyone wants to take this journey with me.
