Seems pretty easy to learn. On the other hand running a clubhouse, managing a BP, etc not so easy to learn. Im no big LaRussa fan but the crap he got for being "oldschool" and just flat out old in general was way over the top. So Im rooting for him to stick it to the nerds.

He was always analytical. The Diamondbacks stuff , the DUI, and age scared people...but he is one of the best ever. They've also had their share of injuries so congrats to him if he makes it work.
