Rosenthal says that since the FOX truck was down, they wouldn't be able to get the feed to do any replays in New York. That's why they delayed the game.

 

Smells like bullshit.  They didn't wanna refund any advertising checks.

Rosenthal is saying that the teams agreed to go without replay until the issues are resolved, so that's why they are playing again.

I don't hate him. He's bland, but he's a pro who will always do a good job. It's the analysts FOX picks I can never stand.

I like Matt Vasgersian but I can understand how some might not like his voice.

 

Buck is very drab, but he's got a real nice voice.  Like Gary Thorne, but without the humor or personality.

Regarding the pet peeve...

When someone refuses to face the music when shown to be wrong after they were so arrogant about it. Or does whatever you want to call what Pete has been doing since finally addressing the topic.

You know, I really wanted to think PD was better than this but you are exactly right. I guess I'll chalk it up to him knowing his boss is reading the board.
