Tried a Google search on Brian Williams, and of course all I got was the other Brian Williams. Still, I'm certain he was the #1 C recruit that year, and almost sure he was in the Top 10 overall. Of course, he only stayed 1 season. If the same happens with Stone, here's hoping he leaves under much different circumstances.

A. Under Armour connection here is big.

B. While I have no doubt Stone will be an impact player, I don't see a kid that is going to step in and blow you away. I don't think he's the caliber of impact player that Melo was this year. MD fans probably need to temper any extremely high expectations.

They are a top 10 team that can the title next year...assuming Carter and Stone can play within the system.

If they can, this team is a legit title contender.

I think MD fans should feel they just got a 14 and 8 type guy that gives them an actual inside presence.

That literally reads like a MD message board from  10 years ago. Our coach cant bring in elite talent. Not even when its in state. Then there was always a lot of excuses about admissions when we missed out on  recruits . I swear I'm in a time machine reading that board.
