Somebody (me) gets to go to Coors Field on July 4th!
And they are playing the Dodgers so I get to see Yasiel Puig in person!

Bought an old beater pickup truck recently because my daughter is going to be driving soon. 1994 Ford Ranger with 160,000 miles, V6 4.0, manual transmission.
I love working on this thing and driving it. I don't have any mechanical background, other than basic maintenance, but there are so many resources on the net for these trucks. So far I've done:
- Oil change
- Spark plugs and wires
- Coolant flush
- Replaced ignition switch
- New tranny fluid
- Rear diff fluid
- Transfer case fluid
- Front diff fluid
It had a rusty valve cover that was leaking, so I spent yesterday and today replacing both of those. I had to take apart half the dang truck to get to it, but it was a lot of fun.
Next is rear shocks.

Nice. AT&T is my favorite park (I've been to 28/30) and San Francisco is my favorite US City to visit. If it wasn't so expensive and so far from home I'd move there in a second.
Enjoy your trip.
