In other words, its not nearly as impressive as they make it out to be.
But still, I always watch the game and am always entertained by it...and that's the purpose of it.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

Yet, you watch it in the regular games?Eh the complete lack of defense until the end of the game makes it borderline unwatchable IMO.

Speaking of defense....gotta love what Kobe did on LBJ last night.Haha contrary to popular belief, they do play defense in the NBA. The problem is when you have a guy like LeBron James shooting 60 for his last 80(!) it makes it appear like nobody plays defense. The guys are just too talented offensively.
The block was great.

Ratings suggest otherwise. I think the NFL is the only one worth eliminating, mostly because of a potential injury could be more lethal in the NFL ASG than any other one. Yes, it could happen in ANY sport.Just do away with All Star games all together. In every sport. None are fun to watch. MLB is the only one that is seriously contested.

Just got tix to see Alabama Shakes play Birmingham in June. Needless to say, EXCITED. Don't be jealous.
Very cool. You are the reason I found out about them and saw them at a small venue, so I'm not going to hate. I hope it's a great show! How big of a venue?

My brother-in-law was on a connecting flight home out of Atlanta and Tom Davis was on the same plane coming back from Sarasota for his Saturday-morning show. Got his picture taken with Davis and everything.Dempsey was on my flight to Tampa this morning. Nice start to a long weekend in Sarasota.

That's awesome, one of my buddies went through the security line with Rick.
Also, I found a new drinking partner in Sarasota.

Medium sized. I'd say a couple hundred. It's an old iron furnace that they've turned into a venue near downtown Birmingham. http://www.slossfurnaces.com/
