Very nice. I was fortunate enough to have my parents take our family there when I was 18. Their eco-tourism is second to none. I know you'll appreciate that side of things.  I got to see an actual sloth chilling out in a tree in his natural rainforest habitat.

When you get back from a week long vactation and you start to unpack and look outside and see your neighbor doing you a solid and mowing your lawn! Hooked him up with some Tomatoes from my garden, as a small thanks!

Not at all...just to drive around the neighborhood. Have some fun with the kids in it. Like I said, no real purpose.

And I would get bigger tires on it, have it lifted, etc...

A lot of the insanely wealthy people here drive them around in my neighborhood and roads.  They look pretty fun.  Some people even cruise at low speeds while walking their dogs.

A lot of the insanely wealthy people here drive them around in my neighborhood and roads. They look pretty fun. Some people even cruise at low speeds while walking their dogs.

Went to Florida for my vacation and everyone was in them. They even had golf cart only parking lots.

They are fun to have, especially when you customize some.

If you get a used one they're not really that expensive.

Just make sure that you're actually allowed to drive them around your neighborhood.  There was a giant blow up on my neighborhood message board a few years ago, when someone posted that they saw some 9-year old girl driving a golf cart around the neighborhood with about 10 kids piled into it, while she talked on her cell phone.  She was like a little soccer mom in training.  Anyway, it came to light that it was illegal to drive golf carts on public roads, which our neighborhood technically was, and that her parents were going to be liable for any accident she was in, regardless of the circumstances.  The girl's parents were kind of pissed... at the guy who reported it.

 

On the other hand, maybe you live in a golf course community and everybody drives them around.  In which case, it looked like fun.
