I am unsure, but I think it was a game vs California in 1985. It was rained out. The fans booed Reggie Jackson and I asked my parents why everyone booed him...

Born in '79, started going to games in '80. First game I have any real memory of was Opening Day '86 vs. Cleveland.
First games I remember in more detail was Opening Day '88.. 12-0 vs. the Brewers, and later that season vs. KC... Bo Jackson with just a crushed shot.

I attended a Padres game in Jack Murphy (now Qualcomm) Stadium with my dad and grandfather. I was a toddler.
My first game at Memorial Stadium was a double header against Milwaukee that we split. 8/5/88
My first game at Camden Yards was semi-important. We won 2-0 and some guy name Sutcliffe pitched.

It was against the Seattle Mariners, I'm pretty sure in 1986. I remember because my name is Dan (Danny as a kid) and the late, great Danny Tartabull played for Seattle, which I thought was cool because he had my name (Tartabull isn't actually dead, it just sounds better that way).
Don't know the exact date but I'm pretty sure it was around my birthday. Looks like the Mariners were in town from 6/3 to 6/5. I'm pretty sure we lost but not positive, so that would be the 6/4 game. I was only about to turn 5, so none of the above may be correct
I do know my Dad went, and I only remember Dad going with us to a ballgame one other time.
Looking over the schedule reminds me of how much I miss the balanced schedule.

You're telling me. I went into a well-lit bathroom the other day and was horrified at the amount of gray hair I had.

I'm not sure when it was. Earliest one I have memories of was probably '89 or '90 at Memorial stadium in a night game vs the Twins.

Embrace it.
My Father was all gray by 35, tried to color it and it looked ridiculous.
I'll be 44 in October and it's about 60/40 Gray.

My first game ever was a double header vs Cleveland that we split. Palmer won the first and Martinez lost the second. I stayed up all night in anticipation. My cousin use to go to a lot of games and rub it in my face. I was 4 at the time and I am pretty sure that is my first memory only cause my dad likes to tell the story of the kid who did not know to pass down a hot dog but decided to eat it instead thinking they were giving it to me.....

Didn't have much growing up, and I was just about always stuck at home taking care of the very young and the very old, so I didn't get to go to an Orioles game until Opening Day in '09. (Before that, went to a Bowie game sometime in the '90s because the tickets were free, and some Atlantic League Blue Crabs games in '08.) Even though it became just another shitty season that year, the start was great - all the Teixeira hate, C-Cup almost throwing more balls than strikes, and possibly the maximum of "Maximum Izturis!" moments (after the 'pen got perilously close to derping the game away).
I also really miss the balanced schedule.

I don't remember what happened, but it was definitely in 1990, and it was against the Yankees.
Matt Nokes did something that really pissed my grandfather off, and I can't for the life of me remember what it was.
