Just had my first of two drafts and wound up with:
QB: Luck
RB: Charles
RB: Ball
WR: Marshall
WR: Hilton
Flex: Spiller
TE: Cameron
D/ST: Patriots
K: Bailey
Bench: Mike Wallace, Fred Jackson, De'Angelo Williams, Brandin Cooks, Reuben Randle, Terance West, Eli Manning
I had first pick in a 10 team league. 10 team leagues have deeper rosters, but I still think I did pretty well. Would love to hear any thoughts.

Since the other thread is mostly strategy and general discussion I thought I'd start this

Very solid. Got a couple of the guys I'm targeting most.

First draft is out of the way. 2nd pick in a 14 team league.
QB - Romo 5
RB - Tate 2
RB - Ridley 4
WR - Megatron 1
WR - Cruz 3
TE - Pitta 11
Flex - Allen 15
DEF - Seattle 10
K - Tucker 12
Bench - F. Jackson 6, Woodhead 7, D. Williams 9 , M. Evans 8, A. Sefarian-Jenkins 13, B. Bortles 14
Those last two are dynasty picks. Keepers work where you get to keep a player two rounds higher than you drafted them. So If Bortles is legit, He's a 12th round keeper next year. Last year I grabbed Keenan Allen off waivers, so he is a last round keeper this year, 13th next year, etc. Great value. Same thing with Pitta, injured last year so I took him late for this year.
You also cant keep anyone drafted in the first two rounds.
So I took Megatron with the second pick. Here's my strategy this year. Wherever possible, get the surest things. When it comes to RBs, there is no such thing as a sure thing. Each year there is always a change among the top RBs. Johnson is the cream of the crop, or close to it every year. RBs are often a roll of the dice, and I wouldn't want to roll the dice with the second overall pick. I reached and took Seattle's D early (10th round), but I'm fine with it because they are going to score more points than whatever WR4 RB3 I'd be picking up there and promptly dropping anyway. Same thing with Tucker. Took him in the 12th with Allen already my last pick, and the dynasty guys who i'd rather take later to give me better future value.
I'm happy with Tate and Ridley. Say I took Jamaal Charles, the best WR left when my pick came back would have been Roddy White. I'm happier with Megatron and Tate instead of Charles and White.

Just had what I believe is the worst draft of my fantasy career. Someone hold me.
12 team league, QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, FLEX, TE, IDP, IDP, IDP, K:
QB: Aaron Rodgers, Alex Smith (will hopefully only play him on Rodger's BYE week when he is home against the Jags)
RB: Reggie Bush, Ben Tate, Ray Rice, Knowshon Moreno, DeAngelo Williams, Jonathan Stewart, Darren McFadden
WR: Mike Wallce, Eric Decker, Riley Cooper, Mike Evans
TE: Jimmy Graham
IDP: Wesley Woodyard, Mason Foster, Jason Pierre-Paul
K: Steven Hauschka
So I had the 7th pick and I had six guys I wanted: Charles, McCoy, Fore, AP, Lacey or Megatron. Of couse, those are the first six picks so I panicked. I like Monte Ball but don't love him, Murray is an injury risk, etc etc. So I say, screw it, I'll take Graham who I believe is the best player available and get my RBs starting round 2. Well round 2 comes along and RBs are STILL flying off the board. It comes back to me and I see Rodgers there and it's down to him or some risk like Arian Foster. So I took Rodgers. Then I loaded up on as many backs as I could until round 6 or so when I realized I had no WR. So my WR ended up sucking.
All in all I will probably have to trade Rodgers or Graham to get some help at RB or, more likely, WR. I don't mind Reggie Bush, as he should b egood for about 1500 total yards and around 10 scores, Tate is not great, Rice we all know about and my bench I can probably put together a good enough starter out of all those options.
Anyway, I really crapped the bed on this one. My mistake was probably taking Rodgers in round 2 instead of a top tier WR like Brandon Marshall. Guys like Brady and Romo went soooo late it was ridiculous. I'll remember that when I have my other two drafts later this week.
Ugh.

Just finished a 12 team league, picking 5th overall.
QB: Stafford
RB: Lacy
RB: T. Richardson
WR: Julio Jones
WR: Keenan Allen
Flex: Vincent Jackson
TE: Dennis Pitta
DEF: Ravens
K: Walsh
Bench: Ray Rice, Kelvin Benjamin, Colin Kaepernick, Josh Gordon
The league has a bunch of bonuses for yardage and big plays (40yd, 50yd) which made me go WR heavy. I think WRs hit those types of plays more frequently than RBs.

My BSL team:
QB: Tony Romo
WR: Vincent Jackson
WR: Andre Johnson
RB: Montee Ball
RB: DeMarco Murray
TE: Greg Olsen
Flex: Joique Bell
Bench: Torrey Smith, Sammy Watkins, Kenny Stills, Darren McFadden, Russell Wilson, Martellus Bennett
Not too happy with it, but should at least be decent. Murray's health and if Ball takes the next step up to a prime time RB are the big question marks. A lot more boom or bust than I'd prefer with my top two picks.

I think Markus has my favorite team of the ones posted so far. I think Brady could have a big year, or at least big relative to his draft position. Be near the top of the heap after Peyton, Brees, and Rodgers.

Overall I'm pleased with my team. Kinda wish I had 1 more, more-sure RB but the odds of Steven Jackson making it through the season unscathed and/or Trent Richardson producing in Indy leave me feeling okay about Freeman and Bradshaw.

SOmeone tell me if my team is decent:
QB: Brees, Rivers
RB: Charles, Spiller, Ridley, Hill
WR: Patterson, Floyd, Shorts, Wheaton, Maclin
TE: Rudolph, Walker
D: St Louis
K: Bailey
I only know Brees, rivers, Charles, and Spiller to be honest.
I've heard of Jeremy Maclin too.
