I don't have a great feel for the depth in 10-team leagues, but I like it overall.  I think Lynch is underrated this year and feel the same about Foster.  I'm not a big Cruz fan, I think Eli may really struggle this year, so I think he's shaky as a WR1.  Crabtree is a really promising WR2 though, and Maclin has upside as well.  If it's a 6-point TD league, then Lynch at 8 and Peyton and 11 (or vice versa) is a real solid first two picks and Foster at 24 is really nice, I've got him top-20.  If it's a 4-point TD league, then I think Peyton is a slight reach at 11, IMO.

It is a 6 point TD league and the first 5 or 6 picks were all the top RB's, so that's why I went with Peyton  at 8 and Lynch still being there on the way back was nice.  I'm not sure what Foster will do this year but I couldn't pass him up in the 3rd round.  The Cruz pick was the only one I wasn't sure of, but I needed a WR there since I wasn't going to be picking again for another 15 or so picks.  I'm also liking Maclin's chances with Desean Jackson in WAS now.

Eli doesn't make it through the season.

He gets benched and then bounces around as a back-up for a few more years...book it.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

Draft two of three is in the books. 6 pt TD league, 4th pick, 12 teams

QB- Peyton

WR - Julio Jones

WR - V. Jackson

RB - T. Gerhart

RB - S. Vereen

TE - K. Rudolph

Flex - E. Sanders

Def - Houston

K - Who cares if it's not Tucker

BN - B. Tate, L. Miller, D. Sproles, K. Wright, J. Boykin

Someone snaked Megatron with the third pick, so I took Peyton fourth overall. Then Julio, V. Jax. then the RBs. NFL.coms litle post draft report card gave me an A+ with a projected 1st place finish. So i'll probably go 6-6, sneak into the playoffs and get booted out quickly.

Seriously though. I like my squad here.

One last draft today in my big money, most competitive league.

Just finished a draft for one of my leagues (the one I was the champion of last year).  Here are my guys:

QB:  Tony Romo

WR:  Alshon Jeffery, Vincent Jackson, Emmanuel Sanders, Brian Hartline

RB:  Marshawn Lynch, Frank Gore, Stephen Jackson

TE:  Martellus Bennett

K:  Cody Parkey

DEF:  Carolina

D:  Lavonte David

DB:  Eric Berry

DL:  DeMarcus Ware

LB:  Von Miller

Pretty pleased with it, though I'm not the biggest fan of having multiple players on the same team (Jeffery/Bennett).

That I have to ask this means it's good...10 or 12 team league?

I love punting on QBs until the later rounds this year.  Guys like Wilson, Dalton, and Cutler could be every bit as good as 2nd tier guys like Luck, Stafford, and Newton.  Getting those guys in rounds 7-9 instead of 3-5 really improves your depth at RB and WR or even allows you to use your 1st round pick on a stud like Johnson or Graham then grab RBs in 2-4.

Did much better in my other league yesterday:

QB:  Tom Brady, Nick Foles

RB:  Montee Ball, Marshawn Lynch, Alfred Morris, Ray Rice, Steven Jackson, Ronnie Hillman

WR:  Vincent Jackson, Victor Cruz, DeSean Jackson, Kenny Britt, Greg Jennings

TE:  Dennis Pitta

K:  Robbie Gould

D:  Bucs

We start 2 RB and 3 WR, 10 team league.

Ball and Lynch are, unfortunately, both on BYE week 4 so I needed to load up at RB depth.

I'd try to trade away one of the running backs for WR help.  Your WR depth is terrifying after your starters, who are strong.

This is what happens when you don't take an RB until the 5th round!

Love Johnson and Rodgers 1/2 in a 6-point TD league.  But going Allen and Fitzgerald in 3/4 seems like a RB there could've paid off better, depending on who was available.  I like the 3rd tier of WR a lot more than I like the 3rd tier of RBs.

I do really like Jennings and Rice this year, so you could be in really good shape.

I really wanted to grab at least one RB in the 3rd or 4th, but most of the top guys were gone.  Obviously there were still RB's there, but most of them felt like a reach at the point which is why I went WR instead.  Johnson was my 6th rounder and Rice was my 7th, I agree that I could be in good shape if they can bounce back this year.

Johnson I don't like, but agree he's got potential if he can bounce back if he ends up getting a ton of carries, I think he's gonna share, though.

Yesterday I offered basically my 3rd round and 5th round picks during the draft to my friend for Julio Jones.  Everyone told him not to do it (they are partially scared of me because I've won this league three times already).

Those picks ended up being Morris and Cruz.  I think I may make that same offer.  My issue was Ball and Lynch both on BYE at the same time and that's why I took Morris, but I didn't think I'd get Rice or Steven Jackson that late.  There are a bunch of teams that would have Morris as their RB1 and he's my 3rd best back.  So I think I can get something done.
