Camden Depot's Nick Faleris (Stotle) with insight of what this exactly means. My initial inclination was to like this move. I thought Duquette's explanation that less eye-balls were needed for evaluation of established professional players made sense. I also liked the idea that the Amateur side would get some additional help.
Faleris brings up numerous reasons of why this move could fall flat for the O's.

This organization is awful in all aspects and DD is trying to change that.

Duquette understands Peter Angelos' sense of loyalty to these people so instead of getting into a conflict with him right away, he reassigned them.
