Great article. You can really tell how enthusiastic Trotz is to have this much offensive talent for once. He's coming in with a blank slate, I'm really super excited to see his team this year. Kuz/Wilson on the same line? How long have Caps fans been waiting for that?

What is different about Nats Park? It's not much different than Citizens Bank.

The NHL doesn't care at all. They want it in DC because they want the metro access. The issue is more logistical planning for warm weather problems.

The NHL doesn't care at all. They want it in DC because they want the metro access. The issue is more logistical planning for warm weather problems.

Its finalized now. Should be announced in the next couple days.

Washington Capitals have signed forward Liam O'Brien to a 3 year entry level contract. Great to see a guy come in as a non-roster invite and earn his spot on the team. Lots of energy, very physical. Like his upside as a checking line wing. At worst, organizational depth never hurts. Did I mention he's only 20?
