Anybody know why Buck puts Delmon in LF instead of Cruz? They both turn flyballs into heart attacks, but AFAIK Cruz is better than he looks, but Delmon often isn't.
What don't I understand?

Jones often tries too hard in big situations, so he'll be feeling extra pressure in playoff ABs so you know he'll be hacking away at any and every thing. Not good.

On second thought, it would make sense to give out 2 sets of towels... white ones when the other team is in the field.
Buck wouldn't do that... but Bill Veeck would have. That guy put up a cable-raised net in RF in the top of the inning to catch the other team's HR's before they went out, then he'd lower it in the bottom of the inning... until they outlawed it... he also had movable fences, adjusted based on the opposition, until the league caught on...
