I'll take a boring beginning and end with an exciting middle tonight.  O's win 6-2, with 3-run HRs in the 4th and 5th innings.  I'll say Davis and Markakis.

So Alexrod is gonna own us tonight I guess.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Perfect night for baseball. I've been heckling the shit out of Billy Hamilton tonight. He turned back and laughed when I asked him about the JLaw pics.

Any Reds fans in attendance? I want to wear my X hat tomorrow to see if anyone comes up to me to talk basketball or boo me.

Johnny having a pretty nice series so far!  2 HRs and a small handful of really nice, and super important, plays with the glove last night.

After the Schoop homer I asked Billy why he even moved. He waived me off. Lol.

Damn, disappointing.

But it is tough considering it's a mid week game in September.

Edit: and they been struggling

Schoop put up a .749 OPS is Aug. Has gotten off to a good start in Sept. Fingers crossed.

Listen, he's not gonna walk but if he can just hit .250 it should push his OBP up into the high .280-.290 range. I think he should be a .400 slg guy so you have yourself a high .600s OPS guy with good defense if he can just hit a little better going forward. That probably a 3 WAR guy.

I can't help but giggle whenever Lough does something well, because I know Bnick enjoys the outcome for the O's but moreso hates it because it means he'll get more playing time.

I think Pearce really likes David Lough. He seemed so excited and happy for him.
