I'm in NYC until the 17th. Anyone have any interest in catching a game on Monday or Tuesday? I've got some Amtrak credits in reserve. I'll get the first few rounds.
BSL HH?

Not sure if I'll be able to go to the game or not, but I should at least be able to meet up for a couple drinks beforehand.
Ditto this... Couldn't commit on the game itself yet.

And what about going to a potential BSL night on Thursday?

You should all do a meet up at the renn fest...in full costume.
Weber wouldn't even need a costume.

Uhhh... So this is where there not being a "dislike" option comes handy...
Tentatively yes, BUT
I'm in the fairly early stages of dating a girl, but she lives in West Virginia and we're typically only able to go out one or two nights a week, and I won't know which night's she's available until early next week...
Flame away!

Hey man, we've all wanted to see what dating a girl without teeth would be like. You know.
Seriously if you guys want to meet up for drinks somewhere, I'm down. Monday would be better. Watch the game, whatevs.

I can't hate. I've done a much longer distance relationship than that.

My house is totally an option. At the very least we could meet here where parking is easier, have a beer, and walk down to a bar nearby. My fiance and roommate already know I'm a loser, so I'm not ashamed to introduce them to my internet friends.

Wait until I get there.

"How do you know these people?" "Uh, well, I mostly don't. I mean, I've seen their avatars, but this guy doesn't actually look anything like a smokestack."

I always figured Mackus looks more like Jake than Elwood.

Is this happening?
Fair amount of talk about Thursday night in the other thread, but nothing that seemed definitive.
The talk seemed to be centered around Canton...
Depending on how many people would be coming, that could be fun.
You want a place where it's easy to talk as a group.
If you stayed in the City (and weren't going to Mackus' place) my suggestion would be Gordon Biersch in Harbor East. A bit more space, more parking.
If you wanted to make it more plausible for guys coming from DC... I would suggest Green Turtle in Columbia.
I'll attempt to go where ever though.
