Does Forbes count?
I forgot about the Forbes wall. I'm going to say no, though, because the place I have in mind is still a sports venue.
And it's not a place where some team played a spring-training or exhibition game, or anything silly like that. It was a legitimate ML ballpark, and is still used as a sports venue with a significant part of the structure still standing.

A fan caught two homers from the same player in one game. What player hit those two homers? I think this is the only example of this that is known.

Another hint: the ballpark originally opened in 1915, and was the larger of the two ballparks in the city.

If you're talking about Braves Field, it's not really there... hasn't been for ages... (but maybe you're not...)
Nickerson Field (for Boston U) is not just on the site, but uses the original right-field grandstand and (according to Wiki) some other facilities that were part of the ballpark.

In Spring semester 1971, my dorm was one of three tall ones that were in the same yard, facing that thing... there is one stretch of grandstand concrete that's supposedly original... the supporting metal beams have been replaced... as of 1971, the whole place was nothing but a pretty small football field with fake grass...
In terms of anything meaningful, I'd say the Forbes wall counts for more...
