Goose Gossage?

Nope.

A hint is that he didn't pitch much in the major leagues, because his career was established previously.

Nolan Ryan has the record for most seasons played in Major League Baseball with 27, with Rickey Henderson having the most as a position player with 25, but both switched leagues (multiple times). Which players have the records for most seasons played in a career as a position player in the American and National Leagues, and then which pitchers have the record for each league?

Is Yazstremski AL?

No, although he's tied for the most overall years with one team. As a side question, who is he tied with?

How about a question for once that's reasonably answerable?

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

This is absolutely reasonably answerable. All four are Hall of Famers.

Maybe you should ask you own question ;)

What is true of every NL uniform that is not true of several AL uniforms?
