Porzingis is super enticing from what I know of him. But he does have the soft European big bust cloud hanging over him. Could be Dirkish though.

He apparently can really shoot and he can protect the rim.

Rest of his game is really raw.

Is he Bargnani, Darko or Dirk?

Cauley Stein is an interesting player because if what he can do defensively.

Still think Winslow is the guy teams regret passing up.

He's also 7'2 and a pretty good athlete. I don't know enough to make any strong statements on him, but just based on what I've heard, he's my other favorite prospect along with Towns.

Knicks are going to end up with Okafor I think....and that is who they seem to have wanted anyway(or Towns).

If Lakers take Russell, as I expect them to, I have no idea what Philly will do.

Mudiay would make the most sense from a fit perspective. Porz wouldn't be surprising based on how they operate.

Ford actually has them taking Okafor because they think he'd be the best asset to deal. So obviously they could just trade the pick.

Yea, they do love to draft the best assets. They don't need a big guy although Embiid and Noel aren't offensive players, so who knows.

Btw...love that it's only 5 min in between picks.

Embiid should be a good offensive player if he can get healthy. Those 3 obviously wouldn't work well together long-term so I'd expect a trade.

Right...so, who do you trade and for what?

Would be interesting to watch that.

Maybe just trade down one spot so the Knicks can guarantee getting Okafor.

Yea, that could make the most sense. Maybe pick up a second round pick or something like that.

Probably try to get a future pick. They already have freaking 5 second round picks.

Lakers passing on a big man is so unlike them.

But, you take the guy you feel is best for you.

How can Bilas be surprised by this pick?

BTW, how great must it be to get selected this high by the Lakers of all teams?

Hell of a lot better than the Kings...but, the Lakers have a lot of work to do.

Can't have Randle and Okafor together IMO.

Fuck me. Better sign or trade for a big.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Why? If Randle is as good as he's supposed to be, all you need is a good defensive/rebounding big to go along with him.

Not sure if Russell is going to be good, but he makes a lot more sense for team needs than Okafor.

Okafor is the best low post scorer in the draft. Wanted him. Figure the rest out later. Mad.

Philly is going to need to move someone but if Embiid is in trouble, then this move makes a lot more sense.

Knicks up...in surprised they aren't all in on Winslow. I would think he would be perfect for the triangle.
