It'll be great to get the first win of the year, while also notching our first win over Lester of the year.
Can't wait, can't believe we're almost there fellas. (and Kelly)

My go-to garages aren't available for Opening Day because they need them for people working in the city. Does anyone know of any good parking options for Opening Day?

Lester owns us. They only need 2 runs which will be easy off of Tillman. Ortiz bomb in the first will take care of that.
Another season of bnickle fun.
(Don't think you are wrong about Lester... would be nice to start the season by tattooing him across the yard... but the early afternoon shadows won't help that. At-least he only figures to go 5-6 innings.)

Now, are you sure you like the daily grind of baseball vs once or twice a week with football or basketball.Another season of bnickle fun.

Ohh yeah... without a doubt. I like that each day you get to come back to the park and play again. Like you, I live and die with the team each day. That said, I do understand it really is a marathon. So even when I get ticked by the results of a certain game, I can usually keep that in-mind and look to tomorrow. The inverse is true as well... you have a great win... I enjoy it briefly, and then I'm on to the next one.
With basketball and obviously football.. there is a lot of buildup to the next game. It's an event. To me, it's one of the myriad of reasons football has such popularity (other reasons being gambling, the physicality)... but I think many people have short attention spans, and can really only focus on a game per week. (Game also built for tv.)
A lot of people like baseball, but many people don't see the game within the game. If you don't see it, the game appears more boring than it is. Like you, and many others here... that stuff I really enjoy.

Look at that low... That means by the time I'm in BMore getting my drunk on at 10 AM, I'll need to bring a jacket. Really hoping this holds true so I can be nice and comfortable by game time.

I think he meant as it relates to BNick's Chicken Nickle act all baseball season, lol... but yeah, I agree with your thoughts. My favorite part about baseball is the daily grind.

No need for a jacket. The alcohol will serve that purpose.

He's had Hardy in the two hole a number of times this spring . I think it continues tomorrow.

I almost hit send.My go-to garages aren't available for Opening Day because they need them for people working in the city. Does anyone know of any good parking options for Opening Day?
