How'd you like the second season relative to the first? I've only seen the opening episode of season two.

Season 2 is better. It's probably the best single season of a show since season 4 of the Wire.

Ok. Fargo is a fantastic show. But of all the seasons of the Wire you pick 4? I like 4, but it wasn't the best.

Also, a lot of tv in between the Wire and Fargo. Every season of Breaking Bad, just off the top of my head.

I think I liked season 1 of Fargo slightly more. Thortons character was awesome.

The Americans gets bogged down at times. But I do agree it's one of the best shows on tv. I just enjoy Fargo a lot more. I also binged both seasons of Fargo and watch Americans week to week so that may have something to do with it...I think Americans is better binged.

FX just breeds quality. Up there with HBO and Netflix as far as quality shows.

The Americans is the best show on TV, and Fargo is my favorite show on TV. And each is number two on the other list.

It's a clear step below the first two seasons. Still good but especially with all the other great tv that's been on it's almost always the last thing on my DVR each week.
