Nice move from Allen... scores... loses his shoe.

Who is this guy and what has he done with Evan Smotrycz?
Amazing what happens when the pressure goes away.

Their college kids... not pros, let's keep that in-mind.
Also, while their decision making can obviously be questioned... and a large portion (maybe the majority is on them)... there is also coaching that has to be factored in.
I don't have a problem being hard on them, I don't expect them to be as good as the pros but this isn't little league either.

First time all year there has been a legitimate home-court, traditional crowd.

This is fun. Love how this team has battled the past several weeks.

Expectations, and criticism is fine... but I don't like being overly harsh on non-pros (frankly, I don't like when it gets personal with pros either) but these are basically kids. It's just me getting older, but calling them stupid (yes, I acknowledge their decision making can often be described as such) seems a bit harsh.

A bit off-topic, but my feelings on Senior Day are this. If the game doesn't really matter(like todays from a tournament perspective), I don't mind the Seniors starting. But if the game does matter, the coach shouldn't be starting players who haven't started since hs.

For example, Cleare is really bad and needs to be shipped out of here.

UVA/last ACC game have made an otherwise not so meaningful game, meaningful. It's nice to see, but a bit sad at the same time that they weren't all there when it counted.

Shaq has been set up very, very nicely twice in the past few minutes, and botched both opportunities.

If that backboard wasn't in the way, Peters might have missed that shot by 15 feet.

Probably for a number of these guys, but def Cleare.

It's not harsh at all.
For example, Cleare is really bad and needs to be shipped out of here.
It's fine for you to have that opinion, and I have no problem with this wording. I think you know what I have issue with... you should, because I've mentioned it numerous game threads.

The level of this game is way to fast and good for Cleare.
Probably for a number of these guys, but def Cleare.
I really don't remember such a highly touted recruit (not that he was a blue chipper, but still fairly highly ranked) be as overwhelmed and over matched as Cleare. He has been so bad.

Hahaha . Peters was a Top 50 recruit my ass.
The one thing I'll say for him is that missing his Senior Year had to have impacted his progression.... but he's going to have to dramatically improve his shooting to ever be really useful. He can drive... his defense has improved... but he's not a good enough PG running the offense to have him out there...effectively running an offense 4 on 5.

Cleare did play well in the 2nd half vs. VaTech with Mitchell on the bench and him getting extended time. Was hoping to see him build on that today a bit.
