I hate this group of players. How is there not 1 player who can dribble drive and pull up from mid range.

Every one of these idiots wants to shoot a 3 and when they do drive it's always all the way to the basket where they get their shot rejected or miss a chippy layup.

Smo has no athleticism and is out of shape, but he's the only one that uses his head occasionally. He's by far the smartest player on the team. Well that gets minutes.

Their college kids... not pros, let's keep that in-mind.

Also, while their decision making can obviously be questioned... and a large portion (maybe the majority is on them)... there is also coaching that has to be factored in.
