I think they could June 1st him, but yeah that's a big cap hit in 2015.  Unless he bounces back in a major way, his contract will turn out to be the mistake I thought it was.  The only RB worth paying like that is AP.

With this Rice news being huge -- especially when these details get out publicly -- I wouldn't be suprised if Ravens gave in to Suggs tonight for some damage control tomorrow.

Rice's fiance is not innocent here. She was arrested as well.

Apparently it started from text messages from some girl Rice was thought to be involved with. His fiance apparently suckered punched him leaving the casino.

That said, Ravens aren't supporting Rice in this. Their female fan base is too large. They will cut him if the details don't shed a better light on this for him

The state's attorney's office is expected to look into a grand jury indictment
