As Deadspin put it, same old Jets.
That is an EPIC coat, though.

BTW - Picture this team next year with Percy Harvin and Sidney Rice healthy.

I'm not sure that Rice will still be around.
I think they've already said he's getting cut. They need to do it to extend Thomas and Sherman.

CBS Sports: Super Bowl MVP Malcolm Smith interrupted by 9/11 truther
http://www.cbssports...-by-911-truther
As for the truther, it looks like he'll be spending the night in jail. According to the New York Post, 30-year-old Matthew Mills was in a New Jersey jail as of 12:15 a.m. ET Monday morning. Mills had a credential to be at the event, but his media affiliation was listed as 'unknown.'

I missed the pre-game and 1st half so didn't get to see this.
The face the referee makes looking right into the camera as he catches it is awesome.

Got in the car for two minutes to move it out of the snow and what do I hear on sports talk radio? "Peyton Manning sucks in big games lol!"
sigh...

I think Seattle winning makes the 49ers/Seahawks rivalry all the more huge, IMO. It was the only thing missing with this new-found rivalry. One of the things that makes the Ravens/Steelers rivalry so great... 4 SB championships in the past 13 years between those two teams.

Very happy at the outcome of the Superbowl. "Thugs" or not, I like everyone on the team including the head coach and Sherman. I haven't liked the Broncos since their chop blocking days, so I thoroughly enjoyed the beatdown last night. I also made sure to troll VicLombardi on Twitter this morning. Haha!

That was like the old school NFC beatdowns of the Broncos from the 80's.

Has another franchise suffered more lopsided losses?
In their 5 Super Bowl losses, the Broncos have been outscored 206-58.

The Chargers in their lone SB? I mean the Broncos have the record for SB losses so it's to be them.

Newsday: Super Bowl XLVIII produces fifth-best overnight rating
http://www.newsday.c...ating-1.6934046
The Denver market usually is one of the strongest in the NFL when the Broncos are playing, but apparently many fans there turned away from the game early -- for understandable reasons.
Top 10 markets for Super Bowl XLVIII ratings
1. Kansas City -- 58.1 percent
2. Seattle -- 56.7
3. Indianapolis -- 53.9
4. New Orleans -- 53.2
5. Tulsa, Okla. -- 52.9
6. Las Vegas -- 52.5
7. Portland, Ore. -- 52.4
8. Knoxville, Tenn. -- 52.3
9. Jacksonville, Fla. -- 52.0
10. Denver -- 51.4

Seattle celebrating their SB win:

Looks similar to the Federal Hill celebration after the Denver game.

Or the Broncos just got owned in every facet of the game except stopping Lynch.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty
