Has umpiring been bad league-wide? I haven't been able to watch many non-O's games.
It seems to me the strike zone has been inconsistently large all year, league-wide.
I've heard multiple other announcing duos discussing it during games.

Dad and I watching the game, talking about the umps.
We think the rule that umpires lean to one side, behind the catcher, to prevent concussions is having an impact. Maybe bring the balloons back and stand directly behind the plate.
