Good news that he was able to keep the pitch count down after it was so high through 3.

He should be able to get through the 6th now.

10 ks ties career high...Just nasty stuff today.

A 10 game, 3 City road trip in the middle of April, could be a killer.

O's in position to gurantee at-least a 5-5 record on the trip if they hold on today.

Paulino grounds into the dp to end the O's 6th.

108 pitches for Hammel...likely out for the game I would guess. 66% of his pitches for strikes.

To illustrate how nasty his stuff was today, Hammel had a swingingstr% of 22% today...Thats 7% above league average and probably 8-10% higher than average for a starter.
